Taking My Time
As someone who eats to reduce stress, finding joy in the Lord is an important way for me to reduce stress instead of eating junk food. I found one of my WOW Christian music CDs yesterday that I hadn't listened to for a long time. It's the 1996 WOW CD. (WOW CDs come out each year and have the top Christian songs from that year.) On this CD is a perfect song to remind me to take my time on this earth and find my joy in the Lord. This song reminds us that we're going to heaven and we're only taking with us our family, our friends, and those things we can hold in our hearts.
