What do exercise and God's law have in common?

Exercise is a terrific way to add days to your life and a better quality of life to your days. Here is another way to have a long, happy life - keep God's law in your heart and follow it.

"My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments: For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee." Proverbs 3:1,2 (King James Vesion)
